Join us to discuss the growing concern about healthcare workers’ well-being. Burnout among healthcare workers, particularly women, has resulted in crisis levels of exhaustion, stress, and depression. This panel discussion aims to increase awareness, promote further research, and make the well-being of healthcare providers a priority, just as they make the health of their patients a priority. In partnership with EngenderHealth, Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève, Ministry of Health – Ethiopia, University of Utah Health, and Women in Global Health.
