2024 Global Health Landscape Symposium

The 2024 Global Health Landscape Symposium (GHLS) will occur amidst a year of enormous shifts. Approximately 40 national elections, including the U.S. presidential election, are — or already have — taken place worldwide. It is critical to assess the impact this watershed year will have on global health investments and policies, and understand how progress can continue to be made, despite these challenges.

The purpose of this year’s fully virtual GHLS is to explore what the changes in governance in the United States and in countries worldwide means for global health. We invite Global Health Council members and the broader community of advocates to explore how to make progress possible by using the power of our collective voice, working across disease areas, and fighting for sustainable funding and equitable policies to improve global health and well-being for all.
