Craig Molyneaux

Craig Molyneaux is the Chief Operating Officer at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Founded through a mother’s determination, EGPAF is driven to see a world where no other mother, child or family is devastated by this disease. For more than 30 years, EGPAF has been a leader in meeting urgent needs in pediatric HIV and AIDS in the world’s most affected regions. EGPAF has served one of the primary implementing partners to the U.S. Presidents Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) since its inception in 2003. In his role, Craig is responsible for all aspects of EGPAF’s financial, technology, human resource, and award management. 

Craig also serves on the Board of Directors at NetHope, a non-profit association that helps its members effectively address the world’s most pressing challenges through collaboration, collective action, and the smarter use of technology. 

Previously, Craig spent several years at Management Sciences for Health (MSH) as Chief Financial Officer and led an extensive transformation of their financial management systems, policies, and practices.  Prior to joining the non-profit sector, Craig spent 25 years with Siemens, holding a variety of financial management roles including that of CFO of Siemens US Government Services Division.  He has a master’s degree in finance and an undergraduate degree in natural resources from Colorado State University.
