Candida auris 
The CDC has received reports from international healthcare facilities that Candida auris, an emerging multidrug-resistant (MDR) yeast, is causing invasive infections with high mortality. C. auris has now been reported in nine countries on four continents. 66th session of the WHO Regional Committee for Europe

Ambassadors for Health Equity Fellowship
PolicyLink and GHC member, FSG, just launched the Ambassadors for Health Equity Fellowship, a new initiative to connect innovative and inspiring leaders to mentorship, education, and opportunities for collaboration around advancing systemic solutions in health equity. During the next year, 16 national leaders in the public, private, and social sectors will participate in in-person meetings, webinars, and ongoing online engagement that will empower them to share ideas and experiences, forge new alliances, generate new solutions, and promote health equity within their own work

GHTC – A Model of Coalition Building in the Global Health Space
GHC member, Global Health Technologies Coalition (GHTC), recently published a case study examining GHTC as a model of coalition building in the global health space. The study documents GHTC’s history, advocacy successes, and lessons learned in coalition building. It was written by an outside consultant and informed by interviews with current and former GHTC members.
