FY17 Appropriations Update

With the President’s proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 budget on Capitol Hill since early February, Congressional hearings on the budget have begun. Secretary of State John Kerry has appeared before both the House and Senate State and Foreign Operations Appropriations Subcommittee, as well as before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
