The role of business in advancing women’s health in the workplace

May 22, 2025 @ 9:00 am12:00 pm

Women spend 40-60% of their reproductive years in the workplace and yet the modern workplace was not designed with women in mind. In a world where access to health and safety continues to be a challenge, businesses can be the agents of change by establishing an enabling environment to ensure that more women in particular have the means to realize their sexual and reproductive health and rights.

This event will showcase the importance of companies stepping up to support women’s health globally. It will present companies who have committed to advancing women’s health in the workplace through enhanced policies, increased access and awareness across their workforce. It will further allow for experience sharing to inspire new actors to take a stand for women’s health in the workplace.
