To achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, we need a unique combination of capital and innovation from across the public, private, and philanthropic sectors. But how do we make that happen in reality? And what can we do now to set that process in motion?

Join Financing & Innovation in Global Health in Washington, DC on April 14-15 alongside the World Bank Group’s annual spring meeting for Financing & Innovation in Global Health (FIGH) 2016, a premier event that aims to spark the deployment of blended finance, creativity, entrepreneurship, and technology to drive effective and transformative global health investment.

By connecting global health investors from the public, private, and philanthropic sectors across all asset classes, FIGH aims to build a global health marketplace in which re-imagined financial models, novel technologies, and uncommon partnerships can harness untapped potential to address the world’s most urgent health challenges. FIGH 2016 is convened by the Global Development Incubator (GDI) and Convergence, with support from sponsors Johnson & Johnson and Dalberg Global Development Advisors, and in partnership with USAID, Office of the UN Special Envoy for Financing the Health Millennium Development Goals, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), and Harvard Global Health Institute. Through featuring an action-oriented series of town halls, interactive workshops, investment circles, interviews, and plenaries, FIGH 2016 will showcase current and future innovations in the global health marketplace.

FIGH 2016 will kick off a broader multi-sectoral initiative. We hope you will join this uniquely driven group of government officials, corporations, donor institutions, foundations, academic institutions, think tanks, developing country health practitioners, financing and technology innovators, and others keen on facing the SDG financing gap head-on.
