This event on May 24 from 13:00 to 15:00 CEST aims to address the challenges to better prepare for health emergencies in Latin America & the Caribbean (LAC), discuss the recommendations by the organizers on strengthening vaccine development and manufacturing capacities in the region, and examine how actions proposed for the LAC region are aligned with global efforts and the World Health Organization’s plans to address future pandemics.
