As climate change accelerates the frequency and severity of health crises—driving malnutrition, vector-borne disease, and heat-related illness—locally-led adaptation is emerging as an effective and cost-efficient tool for building resilience. Yet funding for these solutions remains fragmented, inconsistent, and largely out of reach for the communities best positioned to implement them.
This high-level event will spotlight the 2025 Collective Minds Climate × Health Council report, and showcase concrete examples of “community best buys.” Combining fresh evidence with on-the-ground case studies, the dialogue will highlight common denominators across impactful climate and health solutions at the community level.
