The Global Health Landscape Symposium comes at the perfect time to take stock of where we are in global health. After three years of a destabilizing pandemic – how do we meet this moment? How do we generate progress and seize the potential of global health right now?

This year, the Symposium will focus on four key areas:

Holistic Global Health Security

Global Health Security requires a new definition – one that is multidisciplinary, holistic, and centered on the safety and security of all people.

Equity in Global Health

Health for some is not good enough. An equitable opportunity to be as healthy as possible is necessary for all.

Strong and Effective U.S. Leadership

The U.S. has played a critical role in fighting diseases, developing effective programs, and building health systems throughout the world. Building on this legacy of leadership is more important than ever.

Strong and Effective Multilateral Organizations

By leveraging the support of donors like the U.S., multilateral institutions protect the world against public health threats, helping countries prevent, treat, and protect their citizens from disease.
