Registering a virtual delegation of 121 to the 75th World Health Assembly and providing daily information and updates on key policy areas
Hosting regular meetings of the Friends of CDC Global with various staff from CDC’s Center for Global Health who provided updates on CDC’s global work and activities
Hosting Town Halls and fireside chats with U.S. and global decision makers including: Dr. Atul Gawande, Assistant Administrator for Global Health at USAID; Beth Cameron, Senior Director for Global Health Security and Biodefense at the White House National Security Council; Bruce Aylward, Senior Advisor to the WHO Director-General and ACT-A Lead; Björn Kümmel, chair of the WHO working group on sustainable financing and Deputy Head of Unit Global Health in the German Federal Ministry of Health; and more.
