This consultation for change will convene a first-of-its-kind group of actors across the traditional and non-traditional universe of global health to forge a new path for prioritizing respect and dignity as critical aspects of quality maternity care in humanitarian settings.
DAY 1 – 9am-4pm:
1) Increase mutual understanding of the issue through intersectional lenses
2) Synthesize learning to begin discussion on how to design and implement RMC interventions in humanitarian settings
DAY 2 – 9am-1pm:
1) Construct an initial framework for understanding the drivers of mistreatment in humanitarian settings
2) Develop an action plan for research and advocacy
