This event will focus on multilevel social and behavior change communication (SBCC) capacity strengthening approaches that engage both the public sector and local SBCC practitioners to improve overall health outcomes. This event is the second in the Health Communication Capacity Collaborative’s (HC3) three-part series on catalyzing SBCC.
This invitation-only event will be held at the National Press Club and will feature panelists who will showcase programmatic examples of successful SBCC systems strengthening approaches from Bangladesh, Nigeria, Nepal, Ethiopia and the Mano River region in West Africa.
Welcome remarks will be provided by Elizabeth Fox PhD, Deputy Coordinator, Child and Maternal Survival, Director, Office of Infectious Diseases, USAID.
